Terms & Conditions
1. Agreed upon services: 30 minutes outdoor photo shoot.
2. Each photoshoot is confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £50. Upon receipt of the deposit, the Photographer will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, if the Client cancels for any reason, the deposit of £50 is non-refundable unless the time slot can be resold. If the Photographer cancels the shoot for any reason, the booking fee will be returned to the client.
3. The Client understands that their session ends exactly 30 minutes after the booked start time. Late arrivals will result in a shorter session.
4. Precise location details will be given and The Client must remain contactable and provide contact mobile number in case of last minute changes.
5. The Photographer will deliver a selection of the best photos from your session. Preparation information will be sent to you for best results - it is advised that you follow the guidelines provided for best chance of success. We are not responsible if your child chooses not to co-operate.
6. The Photographer is not responsible for any body/outfit issues the client may have such as poor clothing choice, runny noses etc. Therefore the Client understands that the Photographer will not use photoshop to manipulate the images unless it is basic blemish removal, but the Photographer will make no other changes that might have been prevented. Special requests for editing can be made and a quote will be provided to have such extra retouching done (approx £45 per image).
7. The copyright of the images will remain with the Photographer, but the Client has permission for the following use of the images: personal use and social media.
8. The editing of images or filter overlay is not permitted without prior discussion with the Photographer.
9. The Client will have the option to give the Photographer permission to use the images for their own marketing across social media platforms, website and blog.
10. In the case of bad weather, rescheduling may be required. An alternative date and time will be offered. If no suitable slot is possible, a refund will be issued.
11. Photos will be viewed in an app - the link is provided once the gallery is ready (approximately 2 weeks after the session). The Client agrees to view & select images for package within 48 hours of link with gallery being sent. Photos are archived after 30 days, and there is a retrieval fee for requests to view and order after this time.
