Noah's Newborn session

A home newborn session for this family in Redruth.  We scheduled it for a Friday evening as they booked it late and it was the soonest I could fit them in.  The lighting wasn't ideal as I love using natural light, which by the time we started at 5.30pm was dying fast.  I am more than comfortable using my studio lighting and off camera flash but I think from now on I will schedule home shoots during daylight hours only - there is a lot to set up and unpack as it is!  Noah was seriously cute, and surprised his parents by sleeping soundly for most of the session.  I loved the images of him sleeping in the brown fluff - he chose that position and I adore his little finger tips poking out behind his head.  It's such a womb like position, and I just spread the fluff around him to create a circular shape.

He's now booked for the milestone package so I'm really looking forward to seeing him in a few months.
